6. User-Generated Content

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant glasslessyu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. glasslessyu is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinion contained in any User-Generated Content.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

In no event shall glasslessyu's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, glasslessyu's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at desk@domain. glasslessyu may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we believe you are engaging in any conduct that may harm glasslessyu or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
